Ben Locklear serves as our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing a wealth of experience from both the provider and payer sides of the healthcare industry. In his role, Ben works closely with our CEO, Board of Directors, and leadership team to help guide the hospital’s financial strategy and support the long-term goals of our organization.

He is passionate about ensuring that our resources are used in ways that strengthen patient care and keep our operations running efficiently—so we can continue providing high-quality care to the communities we serve. Ben’s leadership supports a culture built on health, healing, hope, diversity, and mutual respect.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Arizona and California. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two daughters—one pursuing a career in music performance and the other currently attending medical school at the University of Arizona with plans to become a physician.
