Harold Dupper, Interim CFO

Harold Dupper, Interim Chief Financial Officer, has 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and leadership roles, predominantly with acute care organizations.  Prior to focusing his career on healthcare finance leadership, Mr. Dupper spent four years in the public accounting profession, including roles at both national and local firm levels.  Mr. Dupper’s education credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (emphasis Accounting) and a Masters of Taxation.  Mr. Dupper’s professional credentials include:

  • CHFP (Certified Healthcare Finance Professional) a credential issued by the HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association)
  • CPA licensed in the State of Oregon
  • Membership in the AICPA (American Institute of CPAs) and Colorado Society of CPAs
  • CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant), a designation of the AICPA recognizing advanced proficiency in finance, operations, strategy and management.

Harold comes to CVRMC with vast hospital finance experience primarily from Bail Health and Platte Valley Medical Center in Colorado.  He has always been involved in community and other professional activities which have included serving on the Executive Committee of the Brighton Economic Development Corporation, past Board Member and Treasure of the Colorado Hospital Association’s Workers Compensation Trust, past Board Member of the Colorado Chapter of the HFMA, and a past member of the Brighton Rotary Club.
