Joy Peery, BSN, RN, serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center, where she provides executive leadership for nursing services and patient care operations. With more than 38 years of nursing experience, Joy is dedicated to fostering a culture of clinical excellence, patient safety, quality improvement, and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Having grown up in this rural community, Joy is deeply committed to ensuring local residents have access to high-quality healthcare close to home. She is passionate about building trust within the community and helping patients and families feel confident that they can receive exceptional care with both peace of mind and personal attention.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, family remains the most important part of Joy’s life. She and her husband, Ladd, have raised four sons. Three of their sons are married and are now raising families of their own, allowing Joy and Ladd to enjoy the blessings of an expanding family and active role as grandparents.
