Preston Pollock, MBA, JD., Chief People and Technology Officer, has been with Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center since 2016 and oversees the Human Resources and IT departments as well as serving as in-house counsel.

Preston and his wife both grew up in rural Arizona communities and were excited at the opportunity to return to “small-town life” after living and working in the Phoenix metro area for the previous 15 years. Preston’s previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel for a national organization that specialized in working with and consulting non-profits.
