Family Practice

Dr. Fernando Cruzado is a Family Practice physician with 20 years of experience.  He served in the United States Navy in Camp Lejuene, North Carolina as a Hospital Corpsman. He completed his Family Practice Residency at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and has spent most of his career in Arizona holding positions as a Staff Physician, Urgent Care Physician, Medical Director, and Chief of Staff.

Dr. Cruzado speaks, reads, and writes both English and Spanish.  He enjoys golfing, reading, learning new skills, and spending time with his family.
