Family Practice 

Tanner was born in a small town in South Dakota and moved early on in his childhood to Glendale where he was raised. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army where he developed a passion for medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and obtained his Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Northern Arizona University.
Now accepting new patients! Walk-ins are welcome. He provides care for patients of all ages and can coordinate referrals to specialists when needed.
Tanner is married, just became a new father, and enjoys the outdoors – hunting, fishing, riding his ATV and traveling.
