About Our Podiatry Providers

Dr. Mark Ellis is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Specialist who comes to CVRMC with 7 years of experience in caring for foot and ankle conditions. His goal is to provide each patient with an understanding of their condition, educate them on their treatment options, and offer evidence-based surgical and non-surgical treatments tailored to the patient’s individual needs.

Dr. Ellis has published articles in multiple medical journals in a variety of disciplines, and lectured at and presented scientific posters at many scientific conferences. He also serves as a peer reviewer for two scientific medical journals. His professional interests include acute trauma/fractures, deformity correction, advanced wound care, skin grafts, diabetic foot care, and sports medicine.

When not working, Dr. Ellis enjoys spending time with his family, playing games, sports, music, art, history, and studying languages.

“I want my patients to make educated decisions regarding their treatment options and discuss frankly the indications, potential risks, and anticipated benefits of each option. Maintaining or restoring activity, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life is essential to improving the health of the individual patient and the community.”
