CVRMC engages with community leaders to asses healthcare needs throughout the service area. Our Community Health Needs Assessment and Community Health Implementation Plan are both based on interviews with community members.

CVRMC provides a uniform practice for policies so all employees have a high degree of understanding, cooperation, and unity in the rules, procedures, and guidelines in the daily operations of the hospital.
